Community Connect Fraser Coast Inc. is a vibrant regionally based organisation that is committed to excellence in service provision. Our focus is on building, strengthening and maintaining links between individuals, families and the community as we respond to issues of concern.
Originally established in 1996 by a number of local service providers, Community Connect Fraser Coast Inc. works in partnership with the Hervey Bay City Council and community to identify needs and develop innovative solutions within a timely, holistic framework.
Community Connect Fraser Coast Inc. is composed of professionals who are sensitive to the ethical considerations of their work.
This has resulted in a diverse team who assure personal integrity, client confidentiality, tolerance and respect for the rights of people from all walks of life.
Our staff use their extensive expertise and broad knowledge of codes of practice and legislation, in combination with ethical standards to serve the general public in a manner that enhances the well being of those who live in the Fraser Coast region.

Bay Connect provides a number of public access points across Hervey Bay, were people can access the Internet. People who hold Healthcare Cards receive reduced rates, and trained volunteers are available at all sites to assist users. Bay Connect also provides training in computer and internet use geared to people who have had little or no experience with computers. More
